The integration between Order My Gear and STAHLS' Fulfill Engine operates based off a connection between an OMG Account, and a single Account within Fulfill Engine. This does not limit an FE Account from also pulling in volume from white-label, Shopify, or any other supported integration.
Once an OMG Account is connected to a FE Account, the option for Fulfill Engine will show when building a product within OMG. It then will follow the same store builder process as white-label, providing live mockups and inventory data.
The price shown when building a product within OMG is based on pricing tied to your account within Fulfill Engine excluding the software fee.
The product is managed 100% within OMG. When orders are placed, they will push automatically to Fulfill Engine for fulfillment.
Fulfill Engine will generate an invoice for the cost of production and will automatically charge against the payment method on file, unless terms have been established.
Connecting Fulfill Engine to OMG
1. Within the FE Account, you will select the account ID and API Key. This is found on the Account under Configuration.
2. That is then entered on your integrations page within OMG.
3. Start building products within OMG!
