Pricing

Make sure your profit margin covers the full picture!
Updated 4 months ago

Fulfill Engine's platform was designed to simplify the store building process, and that includes pricing. When you create a product, you will see your unit cost to us. This cost includes the garment, decoration, and any set up. Once the product has been created, you will set your profit margin!

Although there is no subscription fee, or start up cost, there is a Store Fee and a Payment Processing Fee that are automatically charged to you per order.

You will want to ensure your profit margin is protected, so let's walk-through your all-in cost.

As mentioned previously, when building a product for a white-label store, you will see the unit cost and set your profit margin from there. This would be your customer's cost + shipping.

When an order comes to us, your cost to Fulfill Engine will be;

  • The unit cost (as shown above when building the product) + shipping
  • 2% Store Fee (this charge is on your customer's total cost including shipping)
  • 3% Payment Processing Fee (this charge is on your customer's total cost including shipping)

Gift Codes and Discount Codes

Interested in offering Gift Codes and/or Discount Codes? Learn more here

If your white-label store is approved for gift codes and the gift code covers the full balance of the order (including shipping), your cost would still be;

  • The unit cost + shipping
  • 2% Store Fee (this charge is on your customer's total cost including shipping before the gift code)

In the case where a gift code does not cover the full balance, your cost would be;

  • The unit cost + shipping
  • 2% Store Fee (this charge is on your customer's total cost including shipping before the gift code)
  • 3% Payment Processing Fee on the remaining balance charged to a credit card

Unlike partial gift codes, with discount codes your fees are based on the total cost from your customer after the discount.

  • The unit cost + shipping
  • 2% Store Fee (this charge is on your customer's cost, after the discount, including shipping)
  • 3% Payment Processing Fee on the balance after the discountcharged to a credit card
