Requesting a Replacement

We stand behind our commitment to be the best vendor for you. When something goes wrong, we have a process in place to fix it!

You are able to view our replacement policy here

Once within your portal, you will select to "View orders" and select the order ID you would like to request a replacement on. 

Once you are within that order, you will see a "Tasks" dropdown option under the shipping address on the left hand side of your screen which will allow you to select "Request replacement."

This will then prompt you to let us know about your concerns, select the garments that need replacing, as well as upload any images (if applicable). 

Once completed, an automatic $0.00 reprint will be submitted on your account!
