By default, the Network offers Standard shipping, which is whatever is most cost effective based on weight, destination, and method for domestic orders.

Orders are designed to route to the closest Network decorator who has the capacity and ability to handle the order. We do try to route to the closest facility to the shipping address, but orders could route to a farther domestic location if based on specific thread request and or decoration methods within the order to avoid split-shipments.
Free Shipping
Interested in offering free shipping to the end-customer, reach out to info@fulfillengine.com. If approved, you have the option to offer free shipping on White-Label stores.
There are two ways it can be set up, either free shipping where you as the account will carry the shipping cost, or free shipping on orders that are a specific dollar amount or more.
Using your UPS or FedEx Account (coming soon)
You will soon have the ability to extend the option to use either your UPS or FedEx account. This is set on the Account level, and will automatically apply to all orders using the carrier that run through that account.
This is done under Configuration > Third-party billing.

A service charge will apply to orders when shipping is billed directly to a third-party carrier account. This charge reflects the administrative and operational handling requirements associated with processing shipments on external carrier accounts.
For further details on this cost, please refer to your price sheet within your account.
There is no additional change for orders shipped on FE-managed carrier accounts.
