What is the average turn time?

Everything is decorated on-demand and ship within an average of 5 business days. We are so confident in our turn, we commit to a 95% success rate!

Once products have been added to my store. Can I edit the product in Shopify?

You can edit some of the properties in Shopify once a product has been added through the Fulfill Engine portal. You CANNOT edit the SKU field or the vendor. If the SKU or the vendor is updated the integration will break, potentially causing decoration mistakes.

Is there a CSV import for products?

At this time, there is not an option to do a CSV import. However we do have the ability to add multiple products at once within your Fulfill Engine Store homepage.

Can I duplicate products in Shopify?

You are unable to duplicate products within Shopify. If products are duplicated in Shopify this will cause the integration to break, resulting in decoration errors.

All products must be added through your Fulfill Engine Store homepage!
