New product catalog experience for adding store products

When adding a store product, you'll use a new product catalog experience with a cleaner look-and-feel and several functional improvements including:
- Product-first workflow
- Find and select a product, then confirm the decoration method to use in the design. Optionally, filter the catalog by a specific decoration method.
- Improved search
- Keyword searches include more partial matches than before, along with some natural language understanding.
- Search within a category, or clear the category to search the full catalog with your search term.
- More usable filters
- View and select a product category or subcategory from a top navigation section.
- Search for a value to set on filter categories with long lists such as Brand, Fabric, or Style.
- View applied filters above the results. Clear applied filters, with options to clear all or one at a time.
- When navigating through categories and search terms, filters update dynamically so you're only seeing filters that apply to the available products.
- Product details modal
- Click on the info icon to view key product details without leaving the add product flow.
New workflow for editing store products
When editing existing store products, you'll no longer be prompted to confirm the product's decoration method. If you'd like to update the decoration method for an existing artwork, you can do so within the product builder as before.

Third-party billing shipping on white-label stores
Accounts set to use third-party billing for shipments can now run white-label stores and cover shipping label costs.
